Well, I tried.

Things I like:

Hair going down her right eye
Left eyelashes
Blurred hair (aperture) on left side

Everything else, not so much.

This is a vector of the Japanese pop singer/rocker YUI. The photo is from Last.fm, although I suspect they got it from YUI.net - a photo from her "I Remember You" single photoshoot.
